No-bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

No-bake Oreo cookies make the crust, filling, and topping of cheesecake! This dish is simple to make before a party or holiday. 

– 16 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened – 1 cup powdered sugar (120 grams) – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream (480 ml) – 16 Oreos chopped



The filling is made by mixing cream cheese in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or in a large bowl with a handheld mixer until smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, mix.


A bowl for heavy whipping cream. Mix on medium-high until thick and stiff after slowing on low. Fold or mix whipped cream into cream cheese mixture slowly until just blended. 


Chop Oreos and fold. After taking the springform pan out of the fridge, evenly distribute the cheesecake filling on the crust. Oreos on top, whipped cream surrounding.
