No churn ice cream recipe

Ice cream maker absent? No issue! Four ingredients produce homemade no-churn ice cream. From mint chocolate chip to Oreo, make any ice cream flavor with the base!

– 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste – ⅛ teaspoon salt – 2 cups heavy whipping cream (1 pint; 480 ml)



Vanilla, salt, and sweetened condensed milk in a big basin. Set aside after whisking. Add heavy whipping cream to a stand mixer bowl or large handheld mixer bowl with the whisk attachment. 


 Increase speed to medium-high until stiff peaks form after expanding. Whisk half the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk, then the rest until barely blended.


Create an even layer of ice cream in a 9x5 loaf pan. Ice cream should be covered in plastic wrap and frozen overnight (or at least 8 hours).
